Professional Design Training Workshop

Cost: $375.00 Hotel and transportation (air and ground) costs must be assumed by the attendee.
This design training workshop serves a dual purpose:
- To provide CQRID candidates an intensive hands-on preparation course for Part II (Practical Design Portion) of the CQRID Exam.
- To provide training to designers who wish to continue or refresh their design education.
By attending the PROFESSIONAL DESIGN TRAINING WORKSHOP, you will gain indispensableskills in the following areas:
- Drafting
- Space Planning-Furniture Placement, Traffic Patterns & Standard Clearances
- Barrier-Free Design
- Lighting Plans And Lighting Fixtures
- Time Management
The one and a half (1 %) day workshop culminates with a practice design problem where the attendees will utilize the information and skills reviewed. Because this is an advanced workshop, attendees are asked to havebasic drafting knowledge and skills.
This hands-on workshop allows the instructor to provide individualized attention to each student; therefore, only a limited number of participants may attend.
