• Please follow directions enclosed in the package.
• Completed application and all accompanying documents must be received in the CQRID office
  45 days prior to exam date.
• All official academic transcripts and references must be submitted with the completed application and payment.
• If unable to download the CQRID Application package, email pwhite@interiordesignsociety.org.
